Measure H failed to deliver results.
It raised hundreds of millions annually, yet homelessness continued to rise. Taxpayers deserve accountability—not more spending without outcomes.
Creating a new County department should not mean more bureaucracy or wasted resources. Reform must be results-driven, not a reshuffling of agencies.
As your next Supervisor, I will work closely with my colleagues to implement proven solutions from our communities—like the successful P.R.O.S. Team model in La Puente, which connects people to services quickly and effectively.
My plan is simple:
Cut bureaucracy and eliminate duplication
Empower local cities and community partners
Demand transparency with clear performance metrics
Tie funding to results—getting people off the streets and into stable housing
Success is measured by outcomes, not spending. I will fight to ensure every dollar creates safer, healthier communities.
